Simple Life Truths to Remember

  • Sometimes you are going to be the friend who talks shit about you, and that’s your back, because sometimes you are capable of being really irritating and shitty without even realizing it, and your friends want to give vent about it.
  • People moderates you based on the clothes you wear, and will routinely think that, they are better than you if you aren’t dressed well.
  • Certain times, when somebody starts giving you more attention or respect in life when they used to treat you like shit, truth is that’s not because they’ve evolved as a human being. It’s because you’ve got better-looking or more economically successful.
  • Remember the truth, at least two of your “friends” don’t truly like you.
  • A truth in huge quantity is, shitty things that people do and say to each other is motivated by little more than jealousy, because cutting down someone is the easiest way to feel better than others.
  • You might just not be good enough for that job; you are positive that you really deserve.

  • Humans cannot destroy the planet, but we can wipe out its capacity to keep us alive.  And we are.

What Is Disease

There are three types of Diseases:  physical, mental, and spiritual.
Physical disease is due to different forms of toxic conditions, infectious diseases, and accidents.
Mental health disorders are caused by fear, be troubled, anger, and other emotional in harmonies.
Man’s ignorance towards god or not associated with God is the spiritual causes of disease or Spiritual Sickness
Ignorance is the supreme disease. When one banishes ignorance he also banishes the causes of all physical, mental, and spiritual disease. The fact is, “Wisdom is the greatest purifier.”

Trying to overcome various kinds of distress by the limited power of material remedial method is often unsatisfactory.

Only in the unlimited power of spiritual methods man may find a permanent cure for the “chronic diseaseof body, mind, and soul and if that healing power of god can be sought in. If you have suffered mentally over the loss of loved ones, you can find them again in God.  All things are possible with God’s help.
One should use his common sense in all his Deeds, Acts.  At the same time one should never doubt over the God, but should constantly affirm his faith in the universal Power of Prayer or God.
Doctors are very skillful, they uses many specific methods to treat the illness.  However, not every disease responds to medicine and surgery, and therein lays the limitation of these methods.

Chemicals and medicines have an effect on only the outer physical composition of the bodily cells and do not modify the inner atomic structure or life principle of the cells. In many cases no cure of disease is possible until the healing power of God has corrected, from within, the imbalance of “lifetrons” or intelligent life energy in the body.

Natural Resistance to Disease

Fasting is a natural method of healing. When animals or savages are sick, they fast. The bodily machinery thus has an opportunity to cleanse itself and to obtain a much-needed rest. Most diseases can be cured by well thought-out fasting. Unless one has a weak heart, regular short fasts have been recommended as an excellent health measure. Another good method of physical remedial is through suitable herb extracts or herbal antibiotics.

Sun rays are more effective remedies than medicines in certain cases.
Sun rays contain wonderful healing power. One must take a ten-minute sunbath every day. A short sunbath daily, toughened by good health habits, will keep the body supplied with sufficient life energy to destroy all hurtful microorganisms

Body Natural Cycle

Did you know that your body runs in three cycles of 8-hour each cycle per day? This is known as the circadian rhythms. Our body goes through these Natural cycles each day.

These three (3) Body Natural Cycles are:

1)  Cycle No.1 – (Elimination) ………………4:00am to 12:00pm (noon)
Elimination (of body wastes and food garbage) 4am-12pm
This is the time when your body works for Cleansing Toxins from Your Body naturally:  During this time light eating is recommended.  By light means eating the most perfect food….Fruits and Fruit Juices (real fruit juice).

ELIMINATION-During this first 8 hour period, the best foods we can possibly eat is fruits, green Vegetable juices, because they require minimum digestion period and are the only foods which not interfere with this cleansing process. Therefore the ideal scenario is to try and incorporate as much fresh fruit or fruit juices into your morning routine and slowly cut down on other items. Basically, as soon as you eat anything else, the cleansing stops. 
If a blood test is to be taken at every hour in 24 hours, it would show that the bloodstream is most heavily loaded with the by-products of metabolism during the hours between 4am-12noon, indicating the stepped up elimination cycle, because it is the blood that carries waste material to the four channels of elimination: the bowels, bladder, lungs and skin. 
2) Cycle No. 2 – (Appropriation)……………..12:00pm (noon) to 8:00pm
Appropriation (eating and digestion) 12pm-8pm:
Now your body required energy to perform the vital functions concerning the food you eat. Lunch is the best time to have fleshy animal protein (meat).  However, attempt to get protein from meat in by 3:00 pm, for most (depending on your body type). This is the best time and will allow the body to digest the foods.

APPROPRIATION-The second eight hours of cycle, is between Noon ( 12 noon) and 8pm, is when most of us eat our two main meals of the day – lunch and dinner. This is the time when the body is most efficient to digesting and dealing with foods. It’s also the time when we are burning them up the fastest because we’re most active. As long as we are eating according to our appetite, we should be cheerfully refueling and burning, in a fairly steady and comfortable way, which makes us really comfortable feeling in the body. 

3) Cycle No. 3 – (Assimilation) ……………….8:00pm to 4:00am

Assimilation (absorption and use)   8pm-4am 

During this cycle the body is now ready to absorb the nutrients from the foods we’ve eaten.  We recommend you get an early dinner (preferably before 7:00 pm) so the food you eat are digested and out of the stomach as preparation for this cycle.

ASSIMILATION-The third cycle, this is the time for utilizing the food you have consumed throughout the day. Assimilation takes place between (approximately) 8pm to 4am, i.e. the time you’re most likely to be relaxed, asleep or least active. During this time the
body Works on to drawing all of the goodness from the food you have consumed during the day out, and works on healing and rebuilding. As this phase starts drawing to a close it leads trimly back into the first cycle, cleansing, as it gets rid of everything it doesn’t need.

Truths To Improve Your Life


Truths in life hurt, but someone has to say it. Of course life is yours and it’s your choice what you make it, and the only person who can help you is yourself. If you’re ready to take personal responsibility and improve your life, here are simple truths of life to improve your living or lifestyle.


1. Life Will Never Perfect

Yes, If you are waiting for the “right” time to come to do something new like: pursue self-employment, begin a fitness plan, dive into the dating pool, or move to a new town, you’re going to be waiting forever.

The life truth is there is “never a wrong time to do right things” then what for waiting. There is no such thing as a “right” time to do anything. If you keep waiting for that mysterious “perfect time to act” this means you will never actually have to take action.  Do the frightening things. You will be so glad of you did it.

2. You Might Fail

When you attempt to achieve an ambitious new goal, and then keep in mind the basic truths of life that it’s possible you will fall on your face while pursuing that goal.
Welcome the reality, think about failure. It is not bad thing that you should be upset of.  Failure is a learning opportunity.
Look at successful people; if they quit pursuing their goal after failing the first time they tried to do something new, then there would be zero successful people ever.
Read a good book, catch up with some good friends you haven’t seen since long time, or go to a nature. You will find yourself at the issue with a fresh outlook. After you have done it, ask yourself: “Why didn’t this work out and how can I do better next time?”  These courses of action very well repeat itself several times depending on the nature of your target. But if you keep making a firm commitment to continuously improve yourself, you will develop yourself so much up to that, the only option left is success. Consistent push always wins.

3. No One Fix You

If you are waiting for someone come into your life and heal your broken heart, then you have to wait forever. Consider the truth of life that, the only person who can help you is yourself. Be happy for other people in your life, but do not become dependent on them for happiness.

Are you alone? No, far-off from it. But no one is going to join you, so it is in your best interest to take personal responsibility for your own life. When you do that, strongly you’ll find out, you are more powerful than you ever thought possible.

4. Tomorrow Is Not Guaranteed

If you assuring yourself that “I will do it tomorrow”, remember that tomorrow is not guaranteed. Traffic accidents, Natural events, Heart attacks, and acts of violence may be happen. Live in the present and take action today, because that is where progress happens and the truth is  tomorrow will never come. You’re “Busy” Doesn’t Mean you’re Accomplishing Something


If you like to possess about how great you are at multitasking, stop it, because you are only kidding yourself. Wasting your productivity, stressing you out, and possibly causing you to make mistakes. Realize the truth; it will probably take you longer to complete two tasks at once.

If you really want to save time, instead of multitasking, try grouping of similar tasks together. Have a bunch of e-mails you need to send? Do them all at once. Have an article or essay you need to write? Get it done before moving onto another task. Different odd jobs require different mind-setup, so focus on one thing at once. Keeping “busy” doesn’t mean that you are doing something on positivity 

6. Have More Time Than You Think

Eliminate the phrase, “I don’t have the time,” from your dictionary, because it is strongly false. There are 168 hours every week. Let that sink in for a moment. That is a huge amount of time. Where could it possibly go? The undeniable truth of life is on an average a person spends 4.05 hours on spare time activities per day according to Bureau of Labor Statistics survey. Most of that time, 2.10 hours per day, is committed to the television. What’s about you, I don’t think watching TV does much help to grow as a person. You could spend that time reading books which may help you to improve your lifestyle, or exercise for a better body and healthy life.  Next time you don’t say “don’t have the time,” change your wording to say “it isn’t a priority.”
  • No time to exercise? Your fitness isn’t a priority.
  • No time to prepare healthy meals at home? Your health isn’t a priority. 
  • No time to do something nice for the love of your life? Your relationship isn’t a priority.

It’s harsh, but it’s life truth. How you spend your time is yours choice, So spend it prudently.
